With a record of proven leadership and a heart for service, Adam McInnis is ready to bring disciplined, results-driven leadership to Benton County.

Adam McInnis has dedicated his career to protecting Arkansas families and building safer communities. As a Patrol Sergeant with the Bentonville Police Department, Adam has led with integrity, accountability, and a deep commitment to public service.

Named Officer of the Year in 2014 and awarded the Medal of Merit for his actions during a critical investigation, Adam understands what it means to make tough decisions under pressure. He has completed the FBI LEEDA Leadership Trilogy and the School of Law Enforcement Supervision, equipping him to lead both in the field and in the community.

Beyond his badge, Adam served as Head Physical Security Officer for First Financial Bank, overseeing operations across Arkansas and Mississippi. His blend of law enforcement and private-sector experience gives him a unique understanding of safety, responsibility, and smart resource management.

Adam holds degrees in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, and Executive Leadership—training that drives his vision for efficient, responsible government that works for the people.

Adam McInnis is a husband, father, and was raised in arkansas. He believes in hard work, service, and faith. After years of protecting and serving his community in law enforcement, Adam’s greatest joy is the life he shares with his wife, Madyson, and their three children in Benton County.

The McInnis family recently joined First Bentonville Church, where they’ve found new opportunities to grow in faith and community involvement.

Rooted in family values and a heart for helping others, Adam has dedicated himself to building stronger neighborhoods and supporting programs that connect families, schools, and local businesses. Whether he’s mentoring youth, attending community events, or volunteering with local initiatives, he leads with humility and a commitment to making Benton County a place where families can thrive.
